THE GAZE

Bandits began as a small cycling club formed by a group of six friends riding under the name DTX Gravel, united by their love for gravel and road biking. They started by exploring local trails and participating in events, gradually growing their membership. In 2021, Team Founder and President Judge Rucker launched his own events and event marketing company and was determined to support and sustain the team’s momentum. This sparked a rebrand, transforming the group into the club and race team now known as the Bandits. With a spirit that’s strategic, innovative, and adventurous, the Bandits are a crew of over 20 passionate cyclists who are all about embracing the challenge and having fun while growing the sport they love.

Who Runs the raccoons team?

The Gaze is run by the formidable trio, often referred to as the “Three-Headed Monster.”

At the helm is Judge Rucker, a visionary President whose strategic prowess and unwavering determination steer the team towards its mission. With a passion for promoting inclusivity, Judge ensures that every member feels valued and empowered within the Bandits community.

Vice President, Jeremy Honea, whose dedication to the sport and exceptional organizational skills make him an invaluable asset. Jeremy’s ability to foster camaraderie and synergy among team members drives the Bandits to achieve collective greatness.

Lastly, the Secretary, Ryan Crisman, impeccably manages the team’s administrative affairs, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. Ryan’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to transparency form a strong foundation for Bandits Cycling’s success.
